Community Integrated Living Arrangement

Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) is designed to provide support and assistance to individuals who have demonstrated the performance abilities of the day-to-day arts of living in a home-like setting.

Our goal is to help each individual obtain his/her optimum skill level of living independently within the community.

How It Works

Each individual is assigned a Qualified Support Person or Qualified Health Support Person form the Community Support Team (CST). 

Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs) are staffed by Direct Support Persons (DSP) who has a minimum of a high school diploma and at least one year experience in the field of developmental disabilities. 

DSPs provide assistance and training in the home/community with management/banking, travel, decision making, and economic self sufficiency.

  • 24 hr. Residential Setting
  • Behavioral Services
  • Case Management
  • Family Support & Assistance
  • Intermittent Assistance
  • Linkage to Day Services
  • Nursing
  • Nutritional Services
  • Recreational Services
  • Social Works Services
  • Transportation
  • Vocational Counseling
Admission Criteria

Females/males who:

  • have a developmental disability diagnosis
  • are at least 18 years old
  • are eligible for SSI/SSA and Medicaid benefits or have private insurance.
