A Place to Call Home, With the Support You Need. Our Residential Services offer safe, caring environments and personalized support—helping individuals live with dignity, independence, and connection.

Overview

Easterseals Joliet Region’s Residential Services provide safe, supportive, and nurturing environments where individuals can live, grow, and thrive. Our goal is to promote independence, community inclusion, and quality of life for each person we serve, while offering the right level of support to meet their unique needs.

We offer a variety of living and support options, including:

  • Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) – Small, community-based homes where adults with disabilities receive 24-hour support while developing daily living skills and building meaningful connections.
  • Foster Care – Specialized foster care services that place children in caring, stable homes, focusing on safety, growth, and emotional well-being.
  • Home-Based Support – Flexible, individualized services that allow individuals with disabilities to remain in their own homes while receiving the assistance they need to live as independently as possible.

Through these programs, Easterseals Joliet Region is committed to creating opportunities for the people we serve to lead fulfilling, self-directed lives within their communities.

    Community Integrated Living Arrangement

    Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) is designed to provide support and assistance to individuals who have demonstrated the performance abilities of the day-to-day arts of living in a home-like setting.
  • Nathan and the Slammers

    Foster Care

    Foster Care places children in nurturing environments where they can heal, grow, and thrive.

  • Home-based Support

    Home-based support services at Easterseals Joliet Region, Inc. provide in-home services to families with children and adults with special needs.
