Valerie Mammie is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 25 years of specialized experience in Employee Benefits. She has a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefit plans for mid-sized and large organizations. Valerie has held leadership roles in Benefits Management at several prominent companies, including Health Care Service Corporation (operating as BCBSIL, BCBSTX, BCBSNM, BCBSOK, and BCBSMT), Panduit Corporation, and currently, Silver Cross Health System.
Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Mundelein College and a Master of Business Administration from Roosevelt University. She also holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Valerie has actively contributed to the professional community, serving on the Board of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists – Chicago Chapter, where she held the roles of Secretary in 2021 and Treasurer in 2022.
