Ashlee Herbold

Director of Residential Services
Programs

Ashlee Herbold, is the Director of Residential Services. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University she started working as a QIDP for Trinity Services, Inc. While working at Trinity she attended SIU to receive her Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis. Prior to working in the field with adults with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities she was a Paraprofessional for the Grundy County Cooperative working in the Autism Program. 

She was a QIDP then Director of Residential and Behavior Services at Ottawa Friendship House for 7 years. Leading her to the passion of this career path working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities was having a brother with Down Syndrome. Ashlee enjoys spending time with her family, along with supporting her daughter’s love for dance.
