Ann Rickerman Hambry joins the Easterseals Joliet Region Board of Directors with a deep-rooted commitment to community service and a rich background in project management and mission-driven advocacy.
Ann serves as an Associate Director of Project Management at EVERSANA, a leading life sciences commercialization and marketing agency. Since joining EVERSANA in January 2022, she has led cross-functional teams in developing impactful marketing for life science clients, helping bring healthcare solutions to patients.
Ann began her career in the non-profit sector, where she developed a passion for community leadership and organization. This included program management at an educational organization in London, England, and serving as a program manager for Lions Clubs International.
A dedicated community advocate, Ann actively gives back locally. She served as a mentor with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program for three years, and serves as the 2026–2027 President of the Joliet Junior Woman’s Club. Additionally, she is an elected Joliet Township Democratic Precinct Committeeperson (Joliet 11) and serves as Secretary of its executive board.
Ann lives in Joliet with her husband, Dean Hambry, and they have two daughters, Evlyn and Rebecca. She is honored to join the Easterseals team and looks forward to supporting its mission of empowering individuals with disabilities and special needs across the community.
