In addition to Easter Seals full compliment of ongoing therapeutic and support services, a selection of summer health and recreational programs are offered for youth with disabilities and those with special needs.

Golf outing     26th Annual "Kids Klassic" Golf Outing
The 26th Annual golf outing will be Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at The Links at Carillon, Plainfield. The day includes: an 18 hole course, dinner buffet, silent auction and raffles. Rain or shine, it will be a great day!! Check back to register on line!

A place to link Parents of special needs Kids together. Special Parents for Special Kids is a parent led support group meeting every second Thursday of each month from 7:00 8:00 pm at Easter Seals 212 Barney Drive, Joliet. Free childcare is available on-site, sponsored by UCP.

Douglas Bierma     7th Annual Guns 'N' Hoses Charity Baseball Game
A friendly competitive baseball game between the Joliet Police & Fire Departments. This game will benefit Easter Seals Joliet Region Sunday, August 16 immediately following the Joliet Jackhammer’s game. So come out to Silver Cross Field and cheer on the teams!!

Easter Seals Champion     Explore Joliet 8K Run To Benefit Easter Seals
This year, the 8k Run will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2009. Also, it will start in a new location, Bicentennial Park. Registration will take place in Bicentennial Park beginning at 7am. The 8k run will begin at 9am and will follow a course through historic Cathedral area.
