Pamela D. Mott has been an Easterseals Board member since 1994 and is a past Chair of the Board of Directors and past Chair of the Strategic Planning and Human Resources Committees.
Pamela retired as the Chief Human Resource Officer of Christian Brothers Services.
As a CHRO, Ms. Mott led a dynamic human resource function that effectively supports the Company’s vision and strategic objectives that include a Mission-centered culture committed to customer service. Prior to joining Christian Brothers Services, Pamela was the Associate Vice President for Human Resources at Lewis University, a Christian Brothers University, where she also served as an Adjunct Lecturer in both traditional and accelerated undergraduate and graduate programs of the College of Business. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.B.A.
Pamela is a Trustee for Lewis University.
